Introduction
Referring to the previous article about setting a Report Scheduler: https://www.fingertectips.com/2015/06/ingress-report-scheduler-delivers_18.html, now we will guide you on how to send personal Attendance Report to dedicated employee user using the Report Scheduler option.
By reading and following this article, every employee will receive an email that contains a report for their Attendance record only. They will NOT receive a report for another person or other employee.
Process
Same as the previous article, please configure your Email and SMTP Server, SMTP Port, SMTP Email and SMTP Password from System Setting > Email.
Please update all employees data with their own email address. Go to User tab > select User > Update email address
Once you have successfully configured the system and user email, you can go to the Report tab and start configuring Report Scheduler.
Inside the Report Scheduler setting you can select Report Name, Data, Date and Time to send the report
The important thing in this configuration is you need to select the correct employee email address and employee User ID. Make sure both info is referring to the same person.
Configure the other Report Scheduler for other employees by following the same process (step 3 – 5) for each user/employee in your company. Each employee must have their own Report Scheduler in your system.
So if you have 10 staff and want to send their own attendance report via email, you must create or configure 10 Report Scheduler on your system.
