Process
If you need to update your car plate number associated with your Season Pass, you can easily make the changes directly through the TimeTec Parking App. Follow the steps below:
1. Open the TimeTec Parking App on your mobile device.
2. Navigate to the Season Pass section by tapping on the "Season Pass" tab located at the bottom menu.
3. Under the Season Pass page, select "My Pass" to view your active pass details.
4. Tap on the "Edit" button next to your Season Pass information.
5. Then, select "Edit Car Plate".
6. Enter your new car plate number in the provided field and confirm the changes. The system will take around 5 minutes to sync with the car park server.
Important: the system will not allow you to Edit Car Plate if your car is already in the car park.
