How to Change Reserved Bay ID for Season Pass in TimeTec Parking




Introduction
In the TimeTec Parking system, parking administrators can assign a reserved parking bay for Season Pass users. If the user changes parking location or requires a new reserved bay, the admin can update the Bay ID directly from the Season Pass settings. This guide explains the steps to change the reserved Bay ID for a Season Pass user.



Process

1. Login to TimeTec Parking Portal
      - Login to the TimeTec Parking Admin Portal using your administrator account.

2. Go to Season Pass Management
      - Click Season Pass > Manage Season Pass
      - Search and select the Season Pass user that requires the Bay ID update.
      



3. Edit the Season Pass
      - Click the Edit button for the selected Season Pass record.
      



4. Update the Reserved Bay ID
      - Locate the Bay ID section.
      - Remove the existing Bay ID and select the new Bay ID according to the parking bay assigned to the user.
      

5. Save the Changes
      - After updating the Bay ID, click Save to apply the changes.
