Manage Free Access Pass for Parking Operation Staff on TimeTec Parking

Introduction


TimeTec Parking is a state-of-the-art parking management system designed to streamline and automate parking operations. It is a cloud-based solution that enables parking operators to manage parking facilities more efficiently, enhance customer experiences, and reduce operating costs. One way to achieve this is by implementing free access features in parking systems. This guide aims to provide step-by-step instructions and practical advice on how parking operation staff can set up and register for free access features in parking systems.

Process


  1. Go to Season Pass > Free Access Pass > Click Add button



  1. Fill in the staff information and click the Submit button.


  1. Company Name:

Select the company name from the corporate client list. To add a corporate client, refer to this link: https://www.fingertectips.com/2021/12/add-and-import-corporate-clients-for.html 


  1. Login Username:

Use the staff’s phone number as the login username.


  1. Name:

Fill in the first and last name of the staff member or customer.


  1. Parking Location:

Please select the parking zone that the staff can access. To set up a parking zone, please refer to this link: https://www.fingertectips.com/2022/06/timetec-parking-how-to-setup.html 


  1. Parking Space:

Select the parking bay ID, if it is reserved parking.


  1. Issuance and Expiry Date:

Set the start and end dates for the card to access the parking zone.


  1. Vehicle Number:

Add the staff's car plate information. If the parking area is equipped with an LPR camera, this car plate will be used to access the parking area.


  1. Season Card Number:

Add the staff's season card number to access the parking area.


  1. Remark:

Add any remark or other information for this staff.
