How to Change Your Car Plate Number in the Season Pass App

Introduction

Keeping your car plate information updated is important to ensure smooth access at the parking barrier, especially when the system uses LPR (License Plate Recognition). If you have changed your vehicle or car plate number, you can easily update the details directly from the Season Pass mobile app without needing to visit the office.

Process

1. Open the Season Pass app and sign in > Tap My Pass on the home screen.

      

2. Locate the season pass you want to edit and tap it to open details > Tap Edit (or the pencil / edit icon).

      

3. Find the Car Plate Number field. Delete the old plate and enter the new plate carefully (use the correct format).

      

4. Tap Save or ✓ to submit your changes.

5. Wait a moment for the system to sync, the new plate should propagate to the parking system (usually within 15 minute).
