Manage Auto Logout for Idle Period in TimeTec TA & TimeTec Leave

Introduction
Auto Logout is a security feature that will automatically log a user out of the system after logging in for a certain amount of time. Logging out helps prevent other users from accessing the system without verifying their credentials. It also helps protect the current user's access or prevent unauthorized actions on the current login session and is thus an essential part of security.

Process
1. Go to Company > System Settings.


2. General Settings > Edit (Pencil Icon).


3. Set Sign Out Timeout (in minutes) > Click OK.
Remark : Please enter sign on timeout between 5 to 120 minutes


4. A notification will appear after the idle period exceeds the limit. Here, you can choose the below option :
    i:  Click OK - You choose to continue using the system.
    ii: Click Cancel - You choose to logout from the system.
    iii: No action -  You will be automatically logged out from the system after 60 seconds.
