How Owners Can Generate Statement of Account in i-Neighbour App
1. Log in to the i-Neighbour app as a unit owner. Tap “E-Billing” on the dashboard.
2. On the E-Billing screen, go to the “Statement” tab. At the bottom banner,
tap “Generate”.

Note: Only
users who log in as the unit owner (the designated unit owner in i-Neighbour)
have access to the self-generate Account Statement (SOA) feature. Users who log
in as tenants or family members do not have access to generate the SOA.
3. Select the
statement Start Date and End Date, then tap “Generate”.
Note:
A maximum of 12 months is allowed per statement. You can generate
separate account statements if the required date range exceeds 12 months.
4.
You can view, share, or download the generated statement.
Note:
a. Self-generated
account statements are not stored in the Account Statement listing.
b. Only
formal account statements uploaded by the management are displayed in the Account
Statement listing.
