Generate Account Statement Automatically with Recurring Statement Feature
Introduction
The Account Statement feature allows Admin to generate a Statement of Account (SOA) for each owner and upload the document to i-Neighbour. Once uploaded, owners can view their SOA at i-Neighbour’s e-Billing > Account Statement page through the web or mobile app.
Additionally, the auto statement feature in the system can be used to generate Statement of Account automatically. Instead of Admin manually creating and uploading statements, Admin can enable this function and pre-set the time in order for the system to automatically generate and upload the documents on scheduled dates.
1. Go to Property > Invoice > Account Statements. Click on the “+ Auto Statement” button.
2. Next, at the Recurring Statement page, click “+ Add New” button to add a recurring schedule for Account Statement.
3. Configure the required schedule settings. Click “Add New” to save the schedule.
- For the Statement Period/ Frequency, there are 4 options:
Monthly | Statement will be created for every calendar month. |
Quarterly | Calendar quarter, i.e. Jan to Mar, Apr to Jun, Jul to Sep and Oct to Dec. |
Half-yearly | Calendar half-year, i.e. Jan to Jun & Jul to Dec. |
Yearly | Calendar year, i.e. Jan to Dec. |
- Note: Statement Start and End Date is fixed, from the first to last calendar day of the recurring periods.
- Generate on - Timing for system to generate the statement. Statement date is the last calendar day of the recurring period.
- Email Statement - By default, the system will only upload statement to i-Neighbour. Set Email Statement as Yes to also send email of the statement to debtors.
4. System will automatically generate and upload Account Statement based on the schedule. Admin can view the auto generated Account Statement at Property > Invoice > Account Statements once the statements have been generated.
