Easily Migrate to TimeTec Parking System with the Bulk Import Season Feature
Introduction
The Bulk Import Season Pass feature is designed to help parking operators quickly migrate existing season parkers from an older parking system (on-premises server) to the new TimeTec Parking cloud-based platform. This feature is especially useful during transitions from on-premises systems, ensuring seamless data transfer and minimal disruption to end users.

c. Cloud-Based Convenience: Once imported, all data is accessible and manageable from anywhere via TimeTec’s web portal.
d. Immediate Activation: Imported users can begin using the system right away (based on issuance date).
Process
1. Navigate to the Import Feature
a. Log in to TimeTec Parking (Operator Portal).
b. Go to Season Pass → Manage Season Pass.
c. Select the corporate client and click Manage, then choose Import.
2. Download the Sample Template
Click Download Sample File to ensure the correct format.
3. Fill in the Import Template
Make sure to include accurate data in the following columns:

| No. | Sequential row number |
| Company ID | Unique ID of the corporate client |
| Login Username | User’s phone number (used to login) |
| Name | Full name of the season pass holder |
| Parking Zone ID | Assigned zone (from your system’s Parking Zone list) |
| Issuance Date | Start date of the season pass |
| Expiry Date | End date of the season pass |
| Parking Rate | Rate name as defined in your parking rate settings |
| Vehicle No. | Plate numbers (separated by commas for multiple vehicles) |
| Access Card Id | Optional access card assigned to user |
| Parking Floor | Optional; defaults to first zone floor if not specified |
4. Upload & Validate
Click Browse to upload your filled file.
a. Review the preview list and fix any detected issues.
b. Confirm the import.
c. The system will automatically set the status to Active or Expired based on the dates provided.
5. Post-Import Actions
a. Unregistered Users - Receive SMS invitations to download the TimeTec Parking app and register using their phone number.
b. Post-Registration - Season passes become immediately available in their app.
c. Users can view their passes, use facilities, and renew from the app interface.
