The Day Pass feature in the TimeTec Parking System is designed to provide flexible and convenient parking validation, particularly for guests who require temporary access such as homestay visitors. This feature ensures that vehicles are granted a special parking rate within a defined period, making parking management easier for operators while giving customers a seamless experience.
When a vehicle enters the parking facility, the system records the entry time. Through the Day Pass feature, operators can assign a special rate that applies for a set duration, typically 24 hours from the entry time. This default duration can be modified if necessary, allowing operators to adjust the validity period according to guest requirements.
