Process
1. Camera Lens Cleaning
- Clean the camera lens at least once a week, or more frequently in dusty or rainy environments
- Use a soft microfiber cloth and lens-safe cleaning solution
- Avoid using abrasive materials or chemicals
2. Camera Position & Alignment
- Ensure the camera is firmly mounted and properly aligned
- Check that the camera angle captures the full license plate clearly
- Confirm there are no obstructions such as banners, plants, or signboards

3. Lighting & Environmental Conditions
- Proper lighting is crucial for accurate LPR performance.
- Ensure IR illuminators are functioning correctly
- Avoid direct sunlight or strong reflections facing the camera
- Monitor night-time performance for overexposure or underexposure
