How to use Handheld Validator in Timetec Parking

The Handheld Validator in the TimeTec Parking System is a portable device designed to assist parking attendants with validating, managing, and monitoring parking sessions on-site. It provides flexibility in handling parking operations efficiently.
Process
Validate Card (Entry using TNG or Bank card)
Tap Parking Officer Apps > Tap Redemption (Card) > Initialization Process (only 1st time after Power On)
Insert a Remark if needed > Select Discount type > Tap a Bank or TNG Card that used at Entry
B. Validate using Car Plate (Entry using License Plate Recognition system)
Tap Promo Code > Select Validation/Discount type > Insert Car Plate Number
C. View Validation log in Timetec PMS
Card validation log: Timetec PMS > Parking Rule > Discount > Validation Log
LPR validation log: Timetec PMS > Parking Rule > Promo Code > Redemption Log
