How to Change Your Password, Email, or Contact Information in TimeTec HR App
Introduction
The TimeTec HR app allows users to manage their login security and update their personal information easily. This guide explains how you can change your password, update your contact details, and request a change of your email address.
1. Changing Your Password
You can change your password in two different situations:
a) If you are logged in
Tap on your profile photo at the top right corner of the app.

Under your name and company name, select Change Password.

Enter your current password, followed by your new password.

Confirm the change.
b) If you are logged out and forgot your password

On the login screen, tap on Forgot Password below the password field.

Insert your email address and the verification code shown.

A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.

Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.
You can update certain personal details directly from the app:
Tap on your profile photo at the top right corner.

Tap again on your profile photo or name to open your profile page.

Select the Full Profile tab.
Enter your password to access full profile details.

Update the editable fields (e.g., phone number, address) as needed.

If the field is not editable, please contact your HR personnel or system administrator for assistance.
3. Changing Your Email Address
For security reasons, users cannot change their email address directly in the app.
To update your registered email address, please request the change through your HR personnel or system administrator.
