How to add users in bulk

Introduction


Timetec payroll allows the person in charge to add new users in bulk. This practice will be practical when an organization has more than 5 new users.


Process



  1. Click on 'Setting' > scroll to 'File Import' & click 'Import Employee Particulars' > click 'New Employees' > click

'Download Employee Particulars'.                

           

  1. Open the Excel file > key in the information in the Excel sheet (replace the '*') >  save > upload

back to the system. 

          

  1. Go back to 'Import Employee Particulars' > click 'Choose' file > select the file you edited > click 'Confirm'.
