How to Add Temporary Pass in TimeTec Access
Introduction
In TimeTec Access, you may create an access pass to temporarily allow access for users on the selected access points. You can edit, deactivate or delete the temporary pass before it expires. Please note that this option is not available for Webster terminal and only applicable for SmartDBS and QF devices.
Process
Login to TimeTec Access account. Go to Access > Temporary Pass
Click on the Add button to add a new temporary pass.
Insert the Name for the temporary pass, start date and time, end date and time, and select applicable users. Then click on the Next button.
Set the access point and access time for the temporary pass setting. The selected users will be able to access through the selected access points
during the selected access time zone setting. Then click the tick button to submit the temporary pass setting.
