How to Revise a Requested e-Invoice in TimeTec Parking

Guide: How to Revise a Requested e-Invoice in TimeTec Parking (For Parking Admins)

Introduction

In TimeTec Parking, the e-Invoice feature allows parking administrators to manage and process customer invoice requests efficiently. Occasionally, a requested e-Invoice may require updates or corrections to customer information before it is finalized. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to revise a requested e-Invoice to ensure accuracy and compliance before submission.


Process

1. Go to E-Invoice tab > Records. This section displays the list of requested e-Invoices. Use the filter to search by the customer's name. And click the e-Invoice icon to view the details. 

2. Click ‘Revise’ to amend the customer’s information. 



3. Enter a reason for the revision, such as ‘amend personal information’. 



4. Edit the necessary information and click ‘Revise’ to save the changes. The system will re-submit the revised e-Invoice to LHDN, and the customer will receive the updated version via email.
