Users making payments through the i-Neighbour app (E-Billing) may encounter the following messages when making a payment through the Fiuu payment gateway.

What Users Need to Know

This message explains the difference between the two FPX payment methods available for residents or payers:

  1. For Individual/Personal Banking: Please use the standard FPX payment method.
  2. For Corporate/Company Banking: Please use the FPX B2B (Business to Business) payment method.
WarningImportant Warning: FPX is designated for Individual Banking. Using the FPX B2B option with a Personal Account, or cancelling a transaction initiated using FPX B2B payment method, may cause your payment status to be pending for up to 7 days. This is because the FPX B2B method is specifically designed to allow up to 7 days for the required corporate maker/approver authorization process.

"Pending" Status - Invoice Selection is Disabled
  1. You cannot select this invoice for a new payment at this time. This is because a previous transaction initiated using the FPX B2B method is currently pending approval or awaiting expiration. You will be able to make a new payment attempt once the pending status is cleared or automatically expires after 7 days.

Solution: What you can do next

User may:

1. Wait for the previous transaction's pending status to automatically clear. This will happen after the corporate authorization window expires in 7 days.

2. After 7 days, attempt the payment again using the correct FPX (Personal) option.

3. Alternatively, choose to make payment using a method outside of the in-app payment gateway (e.g., via bank transfer).
