Fiuu Gateway Error Code "P02 : Your transaction has been denied due to merchant account issue (P02)”
Users making payments through the i-Neighbour app (E-Billing) may encounter the error message below when selecting the credit and debit card payment channel on the Fiuu payment page.

Cause
- The P02 error shown is typically related to the activation status of the credit and debit card payment channel in the payment gateway, not your specific card.
- It is likely that the card payment channel is currently still pending final approval from the Fiuu payment channel partner.
- While other payment methods (like FPX) may be active, the setup for Credit and Debit Card payments requires a separate approval process at the partner's end.
- This approval process typically takes an additional one to two weeks before the card payment channel can be fully activated and used.
Solution
Please be assured that the system is ready to accept payments, but this particular channel is temporarily unavailable.
1. Wait for Channel Activation: The issue is expected to be resolved once the credit card payment channel receives final approval. This usually occurs within one to two weeks.
2. Use an Alternative Method: As an immediate alternative, you can successfully complete your transaction using another active payment method, such as FPX (Online Banking).
