How to Submit Defect Report on Behalf of Residents (Mobile App)

1. Click Defect Report


2. Click ‘+’ icon at top right to create new defect


3. Select Block/Street and unit number. Click ‘Next’


4. Select defect type, item, location and keyin remark. Admin can include attachment. Maximum attachement for 1 item is 5 attachment with 25mb for individual files.
Note: For defect type, item and location was need to be set by admin as a default


Click ‘Add New Case’ to add more defect or click ‘Submit’ to complete the defect.

5. Confirm the submission
 

6. Successfully submitted the defect
