How to Submit Defect Report on Behalf of Residents (Mobile App)
1. Tap on "More" then under Developer Management, tap on "Defect Report".
2. Click ‘+’ icon at top right to create new defect
3. Select Block/Street and unit number. Click ‘Next’
4. Select defect type, item, location and fill in remark. Admin can include attachment. Maximum attachment for 1 item is 5 attachments with 25mb each individual file.
Note: For defect type, item and location has to be first set up by admin as a default
Tap ‘Add New Case’ to add more defect or tap ‘Submit’ to complete the defect.
5. Confirm the submission
6. Successfully submitted the defect
