Problems with i-Neighbour Mobile Application?
Here are the steps to lodge a feedback report directly from the i-Neighbour Mobile application.
We recommend users to lodge feedback following the steps below. Fill in the details required by the system to facilitate our programmers to retrieve all phones and application details for swifter rectification of issues:
1) Phone Mobile ID
2) Phone Model
3) Android Version
4) App Version
To lodge a report in the i-Neighbour App
1) Open up Homepage, select More at the bottom of the page
2) Under Settings, select the Helpdesk icon
3) Then, click on Contact I-Neighbour. |

4) Address problems in the box below and attach relevant screenshots and videos (if applicable) |

5) Click Next to submit feedback and select to send via Email |
|
6) The system will automatically set the default recipient as info@i-neighbour.com with the supporting info keyed in previously. |

7) If you are still encountering problems after completing the steps above, please do not hesitate to contact us via support@i-neighbour.com.
