How to Solve “Database Busy” Error on Face ID 6
Face ID 6 device is the all-new face and palm verification terminal equipped with the latest facial recognition technology. The Face ID 6 is an access control and time attendance device to control access level and at the same time records the time attendance. In some circumstances, you might face the “database busy” error at the device as per following screenshot. This article will guide you on how to solve the issue.
1) Go to Device Menu and Delete All Attendance Photo ( go to Menu > Data Mgmt > Delete data > Delete Attendance Photo )
2) Download the update tool from link: https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.fingertec.com/Azril/Tools/Faceid6_180-FixDatabaseBusy.zip
3) Connect your Face ID 6 device with the tool to solve the issue. Run the tool > connect your Face ID 6 to the tool > click Update > and click Restart
