How to Connect and Add Push Type Device (Face ID5, Face ID6, Kadex+ and etc.) to TCMSv3 Software

We are excited to introduce the new version of TCMS V3 v4.0.2.6, now equipped with a MySQL database and middleware that enable connectivity with Face ID5, Face ID6, Kadex+, etc.

1) If you use a LAN connection, configure the IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway on your device. Go to Menu > COMM. > Ethernet. If you are using Wi-Fi, connect the device to the network accordingly.

Note: The Server Address is your computer's IP address where Ingress and AWDMS are installed. You can check it using Command Prompt by typing ‘ipconfig’.

2) Configure the Server Address and Server Port on your device. Go to Menu > COMM. > Cloud Server Setting

Note: The Server Address is your computer's IP address where TCMSv3 is installed. You can check it using Command Prompt by typing ‘ipconfig’. The Server Port is the default port, which is 8080.

3) Go to device Menu > System > Device Type Settings > Device Type > set to T&A PUSH.

4) Add the device in Ingress. Go to Devices > Add Device > Fill in the Device Name, Serial No., Device ID, and Device Timezone and choose the Communication Mode as Middleware > Add.
