How to Check Parking Payment Records in TNG eWallet app (Step-by-Step Guide)




Introduction

Parking in Malaysia has become significantly easier thanks to cashless payment solutions. One such system widely deployed across malls, office towers, and commercial complexes is the Timetec Parking System, which fully supports Touch 'n Go (TNG) card payments and are recorded digitally for easy tracking and verification. If you need to confirm whether a parking fee has been charged or retrieve a payment record, you can do so within the TNG eWallet app. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help you check and retrieve your parking payment history using the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app.


Process
Before proceeding, ensure that, your TNG card is registered and linked to your Touch ‘n Go eWallet app

1. Open the App, launch the Touch 'n Go eWallet app on your mobile device

2. Go to Cards Section > Tap on “Cards”
      


3. Select TNG Card > Tap on “TNG Card”. If you have multiple cards, select the relevant card
                  


4. View Transaction History > Scroll down to view recent transactions > Tap “See All” to view the full transaction history.

                  

5. Select Transaction Type > choose whether to view, eWallet transactions, or Card balance transactions (tap on “Card”)
                  


6. Retrieve full transaction/Statement records via Email
      - Under the Card transaction page, tap on “Card” > At the top of the screen, tap the “Email” button > Submit your request. You will receive the full transaction history via email from Touch ‘n Go.
