A. Step-by-Step Login Instructions 

 

      1. Use the Correct Username Format 

            Your username for TimeTec Parking is your mobile number with the number '6' added at the front. For  example: If your mobile             number is 0123456789, your username should be 60123456789. 

      2. Enter Your Password 

            After entering your username, type in your password. Make sure, your Caps Lock is turned off. 

      3. Forgot Your Password? 

            If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps: 

                  - Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page website. 
                                

                  - Enter the email address associated with your TimeTec Parking account. 

                  - Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a password reset link. 

                  - Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password. 

                  - To use 'Forgot Password' on TimeTec Parking Apps
                              
                  - Tap on 'Forgot Password', then insert phone number and tap Request OTP
                  - wait until receive OTP from SMS.
