How To Create More Than 3 Clocking Pairs In Tcmsv3 And Ingress Software

Introduction 

 

In Ingress and TCMS V3 software, you can configure more than three clocking pairs for attendance. This feature, called Job Costing, is available only in Flexi Clocking Schedules. The default weekly and daily schedules in both software allow only three pairs of clocking records. However, companies requiring additional clocking slots (e.g., four pairs for employees with three daily breaks) can use this function to suit their working arrangements. 

 


Process 


  1. 1) Create Flexi Clocking Schedule 


Go to Attendance module > Clocking Schedule > Add Clocking Schedule > Select Flexi as Work Schedule > Click OK

  1. 2) Enable Job Costing function 


In the Flexi schedule, go to General tab > Edit > Tick Enable/Disable employee define work code for job costing records > Click Save

  1. 3) Create Group Duty Roster 


Go to Group Duty Roster > Add Duty Roster > Set Weekly as Roster > Click OK

  1. 4) Assign a Clocking Schedule in the Group Duty Roster


Select Duty Roster > Click Group Duty Roster tab > Edit > Auto Schedule > Select Schedule > Click OK > Click Save

  1. 5) Assign Users to the Group Duty Roster


In the same roster, click User tab > Edit > Add > Select User > Click OK > Save
