Hassle-Free Parking with TimeTec Parking: Just Drive In, Pay Online

Introduction

This article explains how to use the Timetec parking system where your car plate number is captured during entry using LPR, and payment is made online before you exit. 

Process

1. Entry – LPR Camera Captures Your Car Plate 

• - Drive up to the entry lane. 

• - The LPR camera will automatically scan and detect your car plate number. 

• - The barrier gate will open once your plate is successfully captured. 

• - No need to take a ticket or tap card.

2. Before Exit – Scan QR Code to Pay Online 

• - Before you return to your vehicle or while in your car (before reaching the exit), scan the parking payment QR code displayed on: Signboards near lifts/lobbies, Posters around the car park 

3. Enter Your Car Plate Number 

• - After scanning the QR code, you will be directed to the Timetec Parking Payment Page. 

• - Enter your car plate number to retrieve your parking details. 

• - The system will show your entry time, duration, and amount to pay.

• Select your preferred online payment method (e.g., TNG eWallet, FPX, credit/debit card). 

• - Complete the payment securely. 

• - A receipt will be shown upon successful payment.

5. 5. Exit – Barrier Gate Will Open Automatically 

• Drive to the exit lane. 

• The LPR camera will detect your car plate again. 

• The system will verify that your payment has been made. 

• The barrier gate will open automatically if payment is valid.
