TimeTec Attendance Face Enrollment via Weblink
Introduction
The weblink face enrollment feature is designed to provide a hassle-free and efficient system for all TimeTec users. This process allows the user to either upload his/her own photos or to take a selfie via a weblink to enroll for facial recognition. Users will be able to use facial recognition devices such as the QF Master or Face ID 5 devices given that their enrollment has been approved. Please note that the user's email address will be required to be validated prior to sending the web enrollment link. Process
Step 1 - In TimeTec Attendance, go to Device > Face Enrollment.
Step 2 - Enable the Face Enrollment via web option to allow the web enrollment link being sent to users email.
Step 3 - You may search for the user's ID or name, click on +Enroll button to send the enrollment link to an individual user. To send enrollment links by batch, you may select users, then click on Manage > Send Face Enrollment Link.
Step 4 - Enable Auto Approval option for the submitted face enrollment by users to be automatically processed and approved by system, Otherwise, the submitted photo will require review from any system admin to approve before processing.
Step 5 - User will receive an email with a link attached to guide in performing the face enrollment in TimeTec Attendance.
Step 6 - The user must upload 3 pictures of himself for registration. Click the Submit button after the user has uploaded the photos.
Step 7- Once a user has submitted the web face enrollment, the status will become Processing. This process may take a while before the face template becomes available in the TimeTec applications.
Step 8 - Once the process completes, the face enrollment status will show Yes with a face icon indicating the face template for the particular user is available in TimeTec. You may proceed to upload users to the selected device.
