How to Enable Bill Sharing for Unit Owners (Share with Tenant & Family Member)
In i-Neighbour App, E-Billing feature allows unit owners to choose whether they want to share their invoices with tenants and family members. Unit owners can also choose to either share all or only share selected bill types (e.g., water, maintenance) with the other users in the same unit.
1. Go to E-Billing.
2. At E-Billing screen, tap on the Share icon at the upper right.
3. At Bill Sharing, click on the applicable family member or tenant to share Invoices.
4. Next, select the button "Enable Invoice Sharing" and click to select "Bill Type".
5. Select which Bill type/charges to share and click "OK".
6. Additionally, you can also enable sharing of Statement (Statement of Account) and Payments (Official Receipts). Click the "Save" button to save your settings.
