How to Create New GL Account

A. Steps to Create New GL Account

1. Go to Accounting > Banking & General Ledger > Maintenance > GL Accounts.

Note: Only users assigned to ‘System Administrator’ for their i-Account system role have access to this GL Accounts management page. i-Account admin access is managed at i-Neighbour > Community > Manage Admin page.




2. Select "New account" from the drop-down menu in order to create a new GL account.


 
3. Enter the Account Code and Account Name. Select the appropriate Account Group from the listing. Next, click on "Add Account" to save.
