E-Invoice - Enable Allow Owner to Submit E-Invoice Details via App
Introduction
i-Neighbour has a feature that support user request for e-Invoice via the i-Neighbour app. There is an optional setting that needs to be enabled at E-Billing Settings.
Setup in i-Neighbour
E-Billing Setting - Enable 'Allow Owner to Submit E-Invoice Details via App'
· Go to i-Neighbour > E-Billing > Setting.
· Click 'Edit' and enable the 'Allow Owner to Submit E-Invoice Details via App' setting. Click the 'Save' button.
Note: The E-Invoice module must be enabled in i-Account before the ‘Allow Owner to Submit E-Invoice Details via App’ setting will be displayed in i-Neighbour's E-Billing Settings.
· Once the setting is enabled, in owner's i-Neighbour app, an E-Invoice Request Banner & Submit button will be displayed on the E-Billing page.
· System will save the debtor’s buyer details from the request form into i-Account at Sales > Maintenance > Customer > E-Invoice.
- Update 'Individual E-Invoice Setting' - Set value as 'Enable'.
- Add the new buyer and save the details submitted in the request form.
Individual E-Invoice – Auto Create Draft
Once owners' (debtors') requests are saved in i-Account, for all future sales invoices issued to them via direct invoice or batch invoice functions, draft individual e-Invoices will be auto-created.
1. At the ‘Manage E-Invoice’ page, select the ‘Draft/ Rejected’ tab to view the list of ‘Draft’ status individual e-Invoices that were created.
2. The draft e-Invoices for all owners/ debtors have to be approved before it will be submitted for LHDN validation.
i-Neighbour App – View & Download E-Invoice
The E-Invoices validated through i-Account will be displayed in owner's i-Neighbour app, on the E-Billing page.
