TimeTec AWDMS Hardware Requirement and Installation Guide

The FingerTec latest facial recognition models such as Face ID 5 series and Face ID 6 use new firmware and architecture that requires a new SDK set to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software. Therefore, TimeTec introduces AWDMS as the middleware between Ingress and the devices. This article will explain the hardware requirements to run the program and the complete installation guide.

Operating System: Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 and equivalent

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.5 GHz or Higher

Memory: Minimum 8GB of RAM or Higher

Important Note:

  • Both Ingress MySQL and ADWMS 3.1 Installer MUST BE INSTALLED on the same PC

  • Install Ingress (A) first before installing AWDMS 3.1 (B)

  • Once done, run AWDMS Setup Tool (C)

1. First, download the AWDMS installer from the link above and make sure to extract the AWDMS.zip file before proceeding with the installation.

2. Next, go to the AWDMS folder > Find setup.exe and double click on the setup.exe to start installation.
