Manage Holiday List on Timetec Parking
Introduction
Parking facilities often offer special rates for holidays to attract more customers and make parking more affordable for those who need it. This guide aims to provide step-by-step instructions and practical advice on how to set up a holiday list in a parking system for holiday parking rates.
Process
Go to Parking Rule > Holiday List > Add button
Fill in Holiday Name, you may click Add button to add Holiday list one by one.
Or you may click the Download button to download all holiday lists for Malaysia from the Internet. Afterward, deselect the holidays that do not apply to your parking site.
Double-check the holiday date; if it falls on a Sunday and is observed on the next day, you may add it to the 'Observed On' column.
Click the Submit button to save the holiday list.
Assign the Holiday List to the parking building by going to 'Parking Rule' > 'Parking Lot' > selecting the relevant parking building > clicking on 'Edit'. Scroll down and set the holiday list, then click the 'Save' button.
