Contacts allow admins to share important contacts with admins, guards and residents. These contacts can be viewed at any time after upload. Users will be able to directly click and call through their mobile devices, as long as the number is valid.
1. Under Community, click on e-Info then Contacts.
2. To upload contacts, first click on Add then select to create a new folder or new contact
i. New Folder
- Allows admins to upload multiple contacts into a group
ii. New Contact
- Allows admins to upload a single contact
3.1 New Folder
1. Create folder name then click Next.
2. Fill in the details and click submit when done.
- Name
- Contact Number
- Recipients
NOTE: Click Add More to add multiple contacts
