How to Respond to Emergency Roll Calls/Alerts

In an event of an emergency, your management/committee members with admin access can create emergency alerts to notify residents of emergency incidents. With device notifications On, you will receive the alert as soon as it is sent out.

Example of Emergency Alert Notification

  

1. Tap on the notification.
 

2. The 2 available actions on the page are as such:
a. I need help - requests for assistance from the management/committee
b. I am safe - no assistance required/not at home

3. After selecting the appropriate response, fill in the necessary details in the following page.
a. I need help


b. I am safe
