How to Make Payment via iNeighbour App (iPAY88)

This article aims to teach users how to make payments using iPay88 on I-Neighbour.

Process
Step 1 - Login iNeighbour app and press E-billing to view invoices

Step 2 - Press “Pay Now”

Step 3 - Select the invoice and insert the amount you want to pay, then press “Pay Now”

Step 4 - Select the payment option (for example FPX)

Step 5 - Select Individual Account > Select Bank (for example select RHB Bank) > Press “Proceed”

Step 6 - Make the payment (For example using FPX - system will redirect to your selected bank > login > make payment)

Step 7 - Successful payment - show details transaction ID and transaction amount > Press “Done”

Step 8 - Now, you will see the previous selected invoice status has been updated from Pending to Paid

Step 9 - Press this icon to view the Payment History and the payment receipt
