How to Generate Payslip, Bonus Payslip and EA Form on Mobile App

Introduction 

Users can self-generate monthly payslips, bonus payslips, and EA Forms from the Timetec Attendance Mobile App. 


Before employees can generate the payslip, please make sure the admin has already done the month-end processing and set ‘Ta Payslip’ as yes in the payroll system.



Process


  1. To generate a payslip, go to the "Payroll" icon.


  1. Users may select ‘Report’ type > select the ‘Month’ > select ‘Year’ > click on the ‘Next’ button.


  1. Users can select either ‘Open Report’ or ‘Share’ > key in the password (IC without “-”) > click ‘Go’.



  1. The system will generate the Payslip report once the password is keyed in correctly.
