How to Export Data to DiGiPAY if Both TCMS V2 and DiGiPAY are Not on the Same PC
Introduction
DiGiPAY is an effective payroll system which features an option that allows the system to be integrated with TCMS V2, but what if you wanted to export data to DiGiPAY, yet have neither DiGiPAY, nor TCMS V2 installed on the same PC? This tutorial will guide users through a step-by-step process on how data can be exported to DiGiPAY even without both software installed on the same PC.
Step 1
Open TCMSv2 > Attendance > Export > click Export Detail > select User ID and Date Range > click Export Detail > configure the positions as shown below > tick Delimited with double quotation mark and separated with comma > click ASCII and define the file name > click Export Detail.
Step 2
Open DiGiPAY > Transaction > click Import.
Step 3
Click ASCII > locate the export file that you have exported > the system will display the attendance data from the file > Click Import.
Step 4
After the process has been completed, check the clocking data that you have imported under Attendance in DiGiPAY.
