How to Edit User Attendance Data Manually In TimeTec TA

Introduction:

You can view all employee attendance data in the attendance sheet under the 'User Attendance Sheet Data' tab. These data can be sort by various types of options for you to get the specific data by the user, and you can manually edit the user's daily and monthly individual attendance data.

 

Steps:

1.        To add a user’s new profile data field to the account, login into your TimeTec account. www.timeteccloud.com

2.              Go to ATTENDANCE > Attendance module in TimeTec TA

 

Individual Daily:

3.                Click on the user “Edit” icon located on the far right of the user’s attendance.


4.                 You can fill up the user Time/Remark/leave type and work code in the fields provided. 

5.                On clicking Submit, the attendance will calculate the user work hours and OT hours automatically for the user.

 


 

Users Monthly:

6.                Click on the “Manage” > Edit Attendance


7.                You can sort the user information and data to get the specific users in the field. 



8.                After you have completed the editing process, click on the “Save” button to save the changes done for the users’ attendance.
