How to Edit Document Footer

Important Note:

Only Admin users that are assigned with i-Account system role as a ‘System Administrator’ have the access to the "Display Setup" page shown below. 


How to Edit Document Footers (Sales Invoice, SCI Invoice, Statement of Account, Official Receipt, Supplier Payment Voucher and etc.)

1. To view the settings for document footers in the system, go to the Accounting > System > Setup > Display Setup page.


 

2. At this page, Admin is able to edit the footer for multiple document types (invoice, SCI invoice, official receipt, supplier payment voucher and etc.). For example, to update the sales invoice footer, edit in the Invoice Footer text editor box.

 

3. Next, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Update" button to save the changes.
