Introduction
TimeTec Attendance offers various ways for employees to report their attendance, and admins can generate reports based on the data collected. TimeTec Attendance offers almost 40+ types of different kinds of reports from the ‘Report’ menu. The following guidelines explain how to generate an attendance report (Electronic Time Card (ETC)).
Process
1. Go to Report > Attendance Listing > Electronic Time Card (ETC)
2. Then select a user from the User ID list by simply ticking on the checkbox on the left side. You can also filter based on User ID/Name and their Organization Structure.
3. Scroll down and choose the date that you want the report to show. E.g 1/12/2023 - 31/12/2023. For the rest it is optional, you may leave it as default and proceed to click ‘Submit’.
4. Then the system will show a preview of the report that you generated. From this point, you can either print the report or save it as a PDF File.
5. Another feature that we want to highlight is that you can choose the ‘Landscape’ mode and show the ‘Remark’ column in the report. The step is much the same, after you have chosen landscape, click on ‘Submit’ to proceed.
6. You will then get a preview, showing the ‘Remark’ section in the far right column.
7. To try out other reports, you can choose from the report list and repeat the same step above.
