How to Create Facilities for Residents to Book

1. Under Community, click on "Manage Facility".


2. Click "Add New".


3. Select a facility or select "Add New Facility" to create a facility that is not on the list.


4. Fill in the general facility details, where necessary. You may click on the picture to add a profile photo for the facility. Click "Next" when done.
NOTE: The Enable facility button when OFF will hide this facility from the residents. Turning it ON will allow residents to view this facility.


5. Fill in the Operation details and click "Next" when done.
NOTE: The Enable booking button when OFF will prevent residents from booking this facility. Turning it ON will allow residents to book this facility. 

There are two approval options that can be selected for each facility:
i) Auto-approve according to slot availability
- Approves booking upon submission by residents.

ii) Manually approve 
- Management office will have the authority to approve or reject the booking.


6. Create names for each facility unit and choose how the time slots are created. Click "Next" when done.

There are two time slot options that can be selected for each facility unit:
i) Auto add slot hourly
- Automatically creates slots by the hour according to the set operation hours.

ii) Manually add slot 
- Manually choose the number of time slots to be created and the duration of each time slot according to the set operation hours.


7. Set rules accordingly. Press "Next" when done.

Rules:
i) Maximum number of bookings per slot per facility
- Max number of booking slots available for each facility unit

ii) Maximum number of pax per slot per unit
- Max number of people each unit can book for each slot
NOTE: Amount cannot be larger than i)
Example: Facilities like badminton courts should set this as "1", as courts are not shared between units.

iii) Maximum number of bookings per unit per day
- Max number of bookings for each unit per day

iv) Maximum number of bookings per unit per week
- Max number of bookings for each unit per week
NOTE: Amount cannot be larger than iii)

v) Advance booking period
- How many days before the booking date

vi) Booking period
- The number of days available for booking




8. Upload photos of facility, if needed. Click "Next" and you have created your facility.
NOTE: Admins with facility access may still edit these settings when needed.
