How to Create Announcements
1. Under Community, click on E-info then Announcements.
2. Click on the + icon.
3. Select the recipients and upload an optional cover photo, click Create when done:
i) Select Recipients
ii) Select viewers:
a) Unit Owner & Residents (Family members/Tenants)
b) Unit Owner Only
iii) Choose if owners of rental units will receive or not.
iv) Upload a cover photo (Optional)
v) Fill in subject.
vi) Fill in message (Up to 3000 characters).
vii) Upload file or link.
viii) Select to post now or turn off to schedule a date and time for system to post.
