How to change Contact/Intercom Number (Admin)

1. Under Community, click on Manage Unit.

2. Select block to View, then click on a unit you wish to edit.

a. Click on Edit Resident to change unit owner contact.
b. Edit Unit Information to change Home Tel. No.
c. Click on Intercom to add/edit resident and tenant contact. (NOTE: Unit needs to be activated to add contacts for residents and tenants)

a. Change Unit Owner number: Edit number and click save.

b. Change House Tel. Number: Edit number and click save.

c. Add/Edit Resident Contact: Click Add Contact to add new contacts or edit to change contact numbers. Then make changes and click save.

5. Sync/Update Guard tablet to reflect changes made.
