How to Apply Leave on Behalf Other User via Timetec Leave

Introduction


Leave applications usually are applied personally by each staff member. However, in some circumstances, some companies provide the superior or admin the rights to apply leave on behalf of the staff for emergency situations such as accidents, car breaks down, etc, so their attendance will not be recorded as Absent. Here, we will show you how to apply leave on behalf of other staff using the web and mobile app (TimeTec HR).

Note that only users with Master, System Admin or Approver rights will have the option to apply on behalf of their staff. 


  1. Web


  1. Go to Leave module > Click Home > Click Apply (+ symbol)

  1. Select Other User > Select staff name > Fill up all the required details > Submit.

  1. Mobile app (Timetec HR)


  1. Go to Leave module > Click Apply (+ symbol)

  1. Click On Behalf > Select User.

  1. Fill up all the required details > Submit.
