Fingertec Ingress (MDB) Installation Guide

Introduction
Fingertec Ingress offers 2 types of database which is the MySQL database and also Microsoft Access Database (MDB) to manage the time attendance and access control device. If you have a small number of users (approx. below 100 or 200 users), you may opt for a simpler software which is the Ingress software with MDB database with the database size limit of 2GB.

Process
1) Download Ingress (MDB) installer from this link: https://www.fingertec.com/download/ingress-MDB.zip


2) For the Ingress (MDB) version, this installer will not prompt the MySQL installation wizard. If you find the MySQL installation wizard prompted out, please check the installer and make sure that you are downloading the right installer file.


3) Extract the installer file and run the setup file as an administrator.














4) Reboot pc once installation complete.
