Application Request Amendment - Request Amendment On Rejected Leave Cancellation (Applicant)
Introduction:
Timetec's new feature “Application Request Amendment” allows applicants to make an Amendment Request to the approver after Leave Cancellation Request is made. The user can use this request and revert back to the Leave Cancellation Request stage, where the approver can approve the Leave Cancellation Request again.
Web
Go to the Timetec Leave homepage calendar.
Select and click on the leave date that you require an amendment
Select “Request Amendment”
Fill up the “Reason” for amendment and Submit. The feature will send amendments to the approver to approve the cancellation.
Application
To amend the rejected leave from the application, the user may go to the application in the app by tapping on the app menu > application.
Begin the amendment step by selecting the rejected cancellation application and tapping on request amendment.
After the selection, the request will be sent out to the approver to be approved.
